Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a quality control professional to oversee QC documentation, monitor SPC implementation, and drive continuous improvement across product inspection and supplier conformity. The role requires 2–3 years in QC and strong knowledge of ISO standards.

The position emphasizes supervisory duties, environmental compliance, and proactive corrective actions while coordinating with suppliers to ensure material quality and process reliability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an engineering course or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in quality control activities.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Responsibilities

• Prepares and controls QC documents.
• Reviews and monitors the implementation of SPC.
• Consolidates product inspection standards and processes.
• Reviews non-conformities of the product being processed.
• Monitors corrective action for processed product non-conformities.
• Monitors items failing in Re-FA.
• Reviews product inspection procedure for continuous improvement.
• Monitors process defects and feedbacks to the process owner for corrective-actions.
• Handles incoming inspection of raw materials (copper).
• Handles non-conforming materials and feedbacks to supplier.
• Conducts internal/external quality and environmental systems audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
