Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software quality engineering with hands-on test automation, especially Playwright and AI-powered testing tools.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, Playwright, and AI-driven testing approaches.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and web app security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive testing standards with Playwright and AI-enabled tools across projects.
• Lead test automation initiatives for scalable web applications and AI-powered assistants.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product managers, and data scientists to integrate AI-driven testing into CI/CD.
• Leverage AI/ML to generate test cases, predict defects, and optimize test execution.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of testing frameworks and apps.
• Monitor testing metrics, troubleshoot issues, and improve automation coverage.
• Stay current with AI, testing trends, and modern web testing frameworks.
• Assist in estimation and planning, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
