Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years in software quality engineering with hands-on Playwright and AI testing.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of test automation, modern frameworks, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Define and drive testing standards using Playwright and AI-enhanced tools.
Lead test automation initiatives for web applications and CI/CD integration.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to QA/engineering teams.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists on testing strategies.
Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML for test generation and defect analysis.
Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of testing frameworks.
