Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a detail-oriented QA professional to join our product validation team. You will write and review FRFs, assess PRDs, and plan end-to-end testing to ensure product quality.

You will document bugs, maintain test cases, and support post-launch issue resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years of QA or product validation experience; familiarity with bug tracking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and review Feature Request Forms (FRFs) to ensure clarity and testability
• Review and perform initial assessment of PRDs before development and testing
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing cycles to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and track bugs/issues, and follow through to resolution
• Develop and maintain test cases based on requirements and developer inputs
• Conduct demos with Operations teams to support visibility and obtain sign-off
• Maintain post-launch feature tracking and monitor issues after release
• Prepare and update feature manuals and documentation
• Support investigation and resolution of operational issues

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

The Product team plays a central role in driving end-to-end product development and delivery, from intake and prioritization of feature requests to testing, rollout, and post-launch monitoring. As a whole, the team collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, ensure product quality through structured testing and validation, and maintain alignment with strategic priorities. Through strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and operational rigor, the team ensures that features are delivered efficiently, meet business impact goals, and continuously improve the overall user and operational experience.
