Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a QA/Validation professional to drive end-to-end product quality. The role involves writing and reviewing FRFs, assessing PRDs, planning testing cycles, and tracking issues throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 1–3 years in QA, testing, or validation roles, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in QA, testing, or product validation roles.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and bug tracking tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Write and review FRFs to ensure clarity and testability.
• Review and assess PRDs before development and testing.
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing cycles for product quality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs/issues; follow through to resolution.
• Develop and maintain test cases based on requirements and developer inputs.
• Conduct demos with Operations teams to support visibility and sign-off.
• Maintain post-launch feature tracking and monitor issues after release.
• Prepare and update feature manuals and documentation.
• Support investigation and resolution of operational issues.
