Job summary

Citicore Power Inc. is seeking skilled PV Installers / Cable Terminators / Lineman to join our team.

You will install solar PV modules, mounting structures, perform cable laying and termination, and assist testing, commissioning, and energization at sites nationwide. Ideal candidates have TESDA NC II certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or PV Systems Installation and 1–3 years of energy experience, preferably in solar.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, PV Systems Installation, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the energy industry, preferably in solar.
• Experience in solar PV installation, cable laying and termination, electrical works and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install solar PV modules, mounting structures, and associated equipment.
• Perform cable laying, cable termination, and electrical connections in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical and PV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Assist during commissioning and energization activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of completed work and identified issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors and project engineers to ensure timely project completion.

We are looking for skilled and safety-conscious PV Installers / Cable Terminators / Lineman to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, termination, testing, and commissioning support of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and related electrical components.

We are currently looking for PV Installers / Cable Terminator / Lineman based in:

South Luzon
Central Luzon
Central Visayas
Western Visayas

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar PV modules, mounting structures, and associated equipment.
• Perform cable laying, cable termination, and electrical connections in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical and PV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Assist during commissioning and energization activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of completed work and identified issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors and project engineers to ensure timely project completion.

Mandatory Qualifications

TESDA NC II Certification (Electrical Installation and Maintenance, PV Systems Installation, or related field)

1 to 3 years of experience in the energy industry, preferably in solar energy projects

Experience in:

• Solar PV installation
• Cable laying and termination
• Electrical works and troubleshooting
• Construction or renewable energy projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in utility-scale or commercial solar projects.
• Familiarity with electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Ability to work in various project locations nationwide.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
