WWC Yellow Bumblebee Corp in Metro Manila seeks a skilled Solar Installer / Technician to join our renewable energy team. You will handle hands-on installation, maintenance, and commissioning of solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and government projects.
The role requires a TESDA NC II certification or equivalent, 1–2 years of hands-on experience, knowledge of PV components and safety practices, and the ability to read electrical diagrams.
We are looking for a skilled and certified Solar Installer / Technician to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the hands-on installation, maintenance, and commissioning of solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and government projects.
Install solar PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, wiring, and balance of system components
Perform site surveys and assist in system layout and design
Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems
Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, Philippine Electrical Code, and best engineering practices
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing solar PV systems
Coordinate with the Electrical Engineer and project team for smooth project delivery
Prepare installation reports and documentation
Train junior technicians and helpers when required
Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols on site
Must possess a valid Training Certificate as a Solar PV Installer / Technician (TESDA NC II or equivalent certification is required)
Additional training certificates in Solar PV Systems, Electrical Installation, or related fields are highly preferred
At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in solar PV installation and maintenance
Knowledge of solar PV components, tools, and testing equipment
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
Valid driver's license is an advantage
