Job summary

WWC Yellow Bumblebee Corp in Metro Manila seeks a skilled Solar Installer / Technician to join our renewable energy team. You will handle hands-on installation, maintenance, and commissioning of solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and government projects.

The role requires a TESDA NC II certification or equivalent, 1–2 years of hands-on experience, knowledge of PV components and safety practices, and the ability to read electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

  • Must have TESDA NC II or equivalent certification in Solar PV installation
  • Additional training certificates in Solar PV systems or related fields preferred
  • At least 1–2 years hands-on experience in solar PV installation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of solar PV components, tools and testing equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety commitment

Responsibilities

  • Install solar PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, wiring, and balance of system components
  • Perform site surveys and assist in system layout and design
  • Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems
  • Ensure installations comply with safety standards, Philippine Electrical Code
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on solar PV systems
  • Coordinate with the Electrical Engineer and project team for smooth project delivery

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and certified Solar Installer / Technician to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the hands-on installation, maintenance, and commissioning of solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and government projects.

About you
