Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring a Technical Support Representative for onsite work in Quezon City. You will assist customers with technical and service concerns, troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and internet issues, and provide step-by-step guidance from Day 1.

Training is paid and conducted from day one, with shifting schedules. Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong English communication, basic computer skills, and good problem-solving abilities.
