Job summary

Roadsky Manufacturer and Builder Corp. seeks a Purchasing Supervisor to oversee sourcing of materials, equipment, and services for production and operations. You will lead the purchasing team, coordinate with suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in a related field, and strong MS Windows proficiency. Expect a Monday–Saturday schedule and a focus on integrity and cost-effective procurement in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Working schedule from Monday to Saturday
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees, specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Comprehend and communicate basic information and instructions; intermediate skills in mathematics.
• Excellent with MS Windows
• With negotiation skills
• Highest Level of Integrity and Honesty

Responsibilities

• To procure all necessary requests needed for production or daily operation of the company
• Identification of qualified suppliers to canvass accessories material with best quality and shortlisting of the best and lowest proposal
• Vendor sourcing from different suppliers
• Prepare payment requests for suppliers
• Document all purchased, released, and issued items
• Monitor inventory
• Follow up and coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery of all ordered items
• Coordinate with other departments' requests
• Other tasks
• Flight booking
• Review of warehouse planning
