A resource management company in Laguna seeks a Supply Chain Management professional to address issues with purchased parts and communicate with suppliers. The ideal candidate has experience in purchasing, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a stay-in opportunity with provided accommodations and meals.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in construction or fleet parts purchasing preferred.
• Background in supplier negotiation and construction materials.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple supplier requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Address problems with purchased parts.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
• Help manage returns, refunds, or credits.
• Help in managing returns, refunds, or credits for faulty or incorrect parts.
• Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the parts supply process.
• Verifying if replacement parts are stocked and available before buying it.

Job Description

• Addressing problems with incorrect, defective, or delayed purchased parts.
• Communicating with supplier to resolve discrepancies in orders, damaged goods, or warranty claims.
• Finding alternative sources when there are shortages, backorders, or urgent needs.
• Help in managing returns, refunds, or credits for faulty or incorrect parts.
• Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the parts supply process.
• Verifying if replacement parts are stocked and available before buying it.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Engineering or a related field (preferred but not always required).
• Experience in construction or fleet parts’ purchasing (typically 1+ year).
• Background in supplier negotiation and understanding of construction materials, vehicle parts and/or components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple supplier requests.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in ordering and inventory tracking.
• Problem-solving skills to handle supply chain issues and urgent parts or materials needed.
