Job summary

Daiichi Properties, Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to lead end-to-end procurement, ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials, and uphold quality at competitive costs.

The role involves supervising purchasing procedures, inventory integrity, and supporting process improvements to maximize value for construction and real estate projects. Ideal candidates have industrial engineering or related background and 5–6 years in similar roles within construction or property

Qualifications

• Preferably a Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management or Engineering/Business or any 4-year course
• At least 5 to 6 years of experience in the same capacity preferably gained from a Construction, Real Estate or Property Development firm
• Demonstrate excellent planning, business, analytical and communication

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement from outsourcing and review to acquisition, ensuring cost efficiency and quality
• Assist in developing and implementing purchasing procedures as well as in identifying opportunities that will add value to the procurement process
• Oversee timely placement of purchase orders, contracts, and delivery of materials to meet order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels within approved guidelines and timelines

Job Summary

The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of quality materials and services at the most competitive cost while maintaining approved inventory levels and company standards. Supports the development and implementation of purchasing procedures and identifies opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall value to the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders, contracts, and delivery of materials to meet order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels within the approved guidelines and timelines.
• Covers the functions related to the procurement – from the product outsourcing, review, analysis, and acquisition, to the execution of the company’s project plans and ventures at the least possible cost maintaining the standards and quality.
• Assist in developing and implementing purchasing procedures as well as in identifying opportunities that will add value to the procurement process.

Job Requirements
