Job summary

Green Cross Incorporated in the Philippines invites you to join our procurement team. You will manage timely purchases of raw materials and packaging, applying our quality and cost controls to support growth.

Reporting on-site to Alabang, Muntinlupa, you will optimize sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure delivery of right quality and quantity to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Financial Management or any other related course.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in handling FMCG product related items specifically raw materials, packaging materials (bottles, caps, etc.) or toll manufacturing.
• Must be knowledgeable and hands on background in Issue Resolution, Cost Analysis, Sourcing and Negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and efficient execution of procurement activities and initiatives that support company direction and key strategies through the application of the Purchasing Quality Management System concepts and principles, and ensuring cost effective purchases
• To contribute to overall supply chain functions by optimizing processes that ensures procurement with right quality and desired quantity.
• To respond to varied vendor/supplier behavior and other operational situations and concerns.
