Qualifications

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality and monitor price fluctuations.
• Order Processing: Execute daily purchase orders based on inventory needs and chef requirements.
• Inventory Control: Regular stock counts and FIFO management to minimize waste.
• Administrative Support: Reconcile delivery notes with invoices and update procurement system.
• Quality Assurance: Verify incoming food products meet health, safety, and brand standards.

Job Role

• Source and procure goods and services required by the Food Brands




• Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality, resolve delivery discrepancies, and monitor price fluctuations.




• Order Processing: Execute daily purchase orders for perishable and non-perishable goods based on inventory needs and chef requirements.




• Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and manage storage levels to minimize food waste and optimize \"First In, First Out\" (FIFO) practices.




• Administrative Support: Reconcile delivery notes with invoices and update the internal procurement system to ensure accurate financial reporting.




• Quality Assurance: Verify that all incoming food products meet health, safety, and brand standards upon delivery.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any business course/program




• At least 1-2 years of Purchasing experience in Restaurant or Food & Beverage industry




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy




• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
