Hizon's F&B Solutions is seeking a fresh graduate or student for an on-site procurement support role in Taguig. The position is full-time, requiring co-ordination with suppliers, processing POs, and maintaining procurement records.

The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing food supplies and office materials, align deliveries with warehouse and kitchen teams, and contribute to cost analysis and policy compliance in a bustling canteen environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or student status considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing of food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen materials for canteen operations.
• Procure office supplies, equipment, and other non-canteen requirements.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices and supplier contracts.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

• Procure office supplies, equipment, and other non-canteen requirements
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner
