Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a skilled professional in the Philippines to manage supplier relations and ensure timely delivery of materials and capital assets. Responsibilities include canvassing suppliers for various needs, evaluating quotations, and monitoring stock levels.

The ideal candidate will work closely with different departments to ensure all supplies are ordered on time and delivered as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in canvassing new suppliers needed by the different department
• Canvass from at least three (3) accredited suppliers the following items:
• Capital assets (furniture, signs, service equipment, tools, office appliance)
• Materials for office maintenance and repairs of facilities and premises
• Supplies and materials for servicing workshop.
• Advertising and printing services
• Other miscellaneous purchases to be used during anniversary, sports fest, outing, Christmas party, etc.
• Evaluates quotations and pricing offered by each supplier and recommends appropriate suppliers to the Purchasing Head for ordering
• Sees to it that all supplies needed are ordered and delivered on time
• Ensures that items are delivered to the recipient / end user of concerned department within the specified date of delivery
• Forwards all approved and canvassed requisitions to the Purchasing Head for P.O. processing
• Follow up with the suppliers, delivery of items ordered
• Responsible in filing the P.O. and quotations sent by the different suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
