Job summary

SPC Medical Center seeks a dynamic Partnerships Manager to strengthen ties with government agencies, LGUs, and public institutions, expanding patient access and healthcare programs. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing program proposals, and coordinating collaboration efforts across departments to achieve sustainable growth.

A background in business or public administration and stakeholder engagement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development or partnerships.
• Experience with government agencies, LGUs, or public institutions preferred.
• Healthcare or institutional partnership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with government processes and partnership documentation.
• Strong skills in partnership development, stakeholder management, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with government agencies and public-sector stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials and health program managers.
• Monitor government health programs and community needs to spot opportunities.
• Develop partnership proposals, MOAs, and program documents.
• Coordinate implementation of partnerships with internal and external teams.
• Monitor partnership performance and outcomes such as referrals and access.
• Manage the partnership pipeline with records of prospects and next actions.
• Prepare activity and performance reports with market insights.
• Represent SPCMC in official meetings and partnership activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand and sustain existing partnerships.
