Job summary

DT Global is seeking an Accounting Specialist to provide financial management support within the Fiscal Agent team for a donor-funded program. The role involves processing payments, payroll, banking operations, and detailed reporting.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting or finance degree with 4–8 years of experience, English proficiency, and strong MS Office skills. Philippines citizenship is required. This position may involve coordination with the Fiscal Agent and client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA desirable.
• 4–8 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience working on donor funded projects is highly desirable.
• Good in English – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process payment requests and payroll.
• Perform banking operations.
• Monitor budgets.
• Record financial transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable and fixed assets register.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations of Program funds.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Support the Fiscal Agent manager in preparation for audits.
