Job summary

Partners Group in Manila seeks a Bank Account Management professional to open, maintain, and close global accounts. You will manage bank relationships, signatory lists, document execution, and database controls, while helping to improve processes and train new team members.

The role requires organization, independence, English fluency, and a background in business/finance with banking or office administration experience; international exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or economics.
• Some work experience in banking, finance or office administration.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Experience in an international environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Open, maintain and close bank accounts globally.
• Prepare signatory lists and empower staff to sign documents.
• Coordinate execution of documents.
• Review standard account opening and closing documents.
• Maintain internal databases and automated control checks.
• Draft and maintain processes and procedures.
• Maintain good relationships with bank counterparties.
• Educate and train new team members in processes.
• Participate in team projects and initiatives.
