Job summary

A1 Globus Manpower Inc. is seeking an Accounting/Finance Specialist to manage daily financial operations and support the accounting department at our Laguna, Philippines location.

The role focuses on maintaining records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy while assisting with payroll, tax compliance, and audits. Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare journal entries.
• Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and payments.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Support internal/external audits with required documentation.
• Monitor expenses and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Coordinate with departments on financial matters.
