The Government of the Philippines will implement this program and is expected to seek the services of a Fiscal Agent. DT Global is seeking a well-qualified local Accounting Specialist to be part of the Fiscal Agent team, and act on behalf of DT Global in the Philippines to provide a broad range of financial management services on a donor funded program implemented by the Government of the Philippines. The Accounting Specialist will provide financial management support to the Fiscal Agent Manager, and establish and maintain close communication, coordination and relationship with the Fiscal Agent team members and the client.
