Job summary

FGC+ is seeking detail-oriented Research Analysts to support a US-based team with public records research and data entry. This role helps manage high-volume projects, improves turnaround times, and ensures accuracy of reports.

You will conduct online searches, extract lien types, enter findings into internal systems, and compile client-ready reports while following structured workflows and collaborating with managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or related experience.
• Associate degree or Senior High School with strong relevant experience in research, data entry, or BPO operations.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, research, BPO, shared services, or admin support; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Research and data gathering from state, county, town, and court websites.
• Identify and extract relevant lien types and public record information.
• Accurately enter research findings into internal systems and compile client-ready reports.
