Job summary

FGC+ is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Research Analysts to support a U.S.-based team with public records research and data entry. This role helps manage high-volume projects, reduce turnaround times, and maintain accuracy of reports.

You will conduct online searches across state, county, town, and court websites, extract lien types and public records, and enter findings into internal systems for client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience in research or data entry.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, research, BPO, shared services, or administrative support roles; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may also be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Research & data gathering across state, county, town, and court websites for individuals and entities.
• Data entry and reporting: entering findings into internal systems and preparing client reports.
• Follow structured workflows and collaborate with managers and team leads for process improvements.
