Mitratech is seeking Data Processing Specialists to join our global team, primarily handling processing of public records for pre-employment background screening and ensuring compliance with FCRA regulations. You will review data, input information, analyze identifiers, and produce background screening reports.

This role requires strong data-handling skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Expert computer skills including typing, data entry, internet searches, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across local and remote locations.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Process information from vendors and other sources.
• Handle personal identification information confidentially.
• Process incoming faxes, mail, and emails with international documentation.
• Review results such as criminal checks and credit inquiries.
• Transfer physical records into our proprietary system.
• Perform any other duties as required.
