Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Research Analyst to collate, maintain, and update fields in our investor-relations database. You will review official updates, feeds, press releases, and other reports to provide real-time, high-quality data to FactSet clients.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve data issues, keep thorough records, and communicate progress. The role requires on-site presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce/Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics.
• Strong computer literacy to operate databases and data processing tools.
• Good knowledge of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Data intake and validation of large datasets into customer accounts.
• Timely resolution of customer data issues with Customer Success Managers.
• Record keeping and documentation for training and reference.
• Communicate updates with the Customer Success team/clients and align upload processes with goals.
