Job summary

Magellan Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Provider Liaison for our homecare department. You will be the main contact for therapists/providers, ensuring timely document submission and appropriate patient communication. You will manage timelines and escalate as needed to keep processes on track.

You will build strong relationships with providers, document actions in Infinite Database, and generate reports to support operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with providers and patients while meeting deadlines.
• Strong time management and ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails.
• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools for documenting actions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and communicate effectively with providers to ensure timely submission of documents.
• When appropriate communicate with patients to ensure timely scheduling from provider.
• Comfortable with persistent forms of communication (call, SMS, email) to get results.
• Handle high volume of communication (calls, texts, email) in an organized manner.
• Diligent documentation of actions and responses in Infinite Database.
• Run and analyze reports in Infinite Database and Raintree databases.
• Investigate in CRM to ensure accurate document requests before contacting providers.
• Communicate provider responses to the Infinite team for cohesive operations.
• Escalate issues within timelines to the appropriate colleagues.
