MedRisk is seeking a Provider Specialist Level 1 to join its inbound call center team in the Philippines. You will represent Provider Relations, handle provider inquiries via phone and email, and support portal enrollment and special projects.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires handling multiple tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering high-quality service while adhering to confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of call center experience with inbound calls.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, adaptability and problem solving skills.
• Documentation, listening and phone skills.
• Knowledge retention.
• Initiative and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve conflict.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• High degree of Customer Service Skills including empathy, emotional intelligence and patience.
• Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism in external communication.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Receive inbound calls and emails from Providers and answer inquiries to provide first-contact resolution.
• Educate providers about network status, contracts, and credentialing as needed.
• Route calls to Scheduling, Patient Advocacy, Customer Support and Claims when appropriate.
• Document conversations accurately in the system.
• Create logs for unresolved requests and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Maintain strong provider relationships and high quality customer service.
• Update provider demographics during calls and manage inboxes (email and fax).
• Assist with Portal Enrollment and special projects as needed.
