Job summary

AMAPHIL - Advanced Medical Access Philippines, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Provider Relations Specialist to train and orient newly acquired and existing accredited providers and to manage provider contracts.

You will proactively address service issues across claims, accounts receivable, legal and managed care; set up meetings between client decision makers and AMAPHIL leaders; present new services and ensure accurate progress reporting, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4-year business-related degree or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and generate leads from many prospects daily.
• Confident in engaging with middle and top management.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a pleasing personality.
• People oriented, willing to travel and learn new ideas.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Trains and orients the newly acquired and existing accredited providers.
• Manages the accredited providers by implementing the agreed contracts between the provider and the company.
• Proactively addresses and solves service issues within claims, accounts receivable, legal, managed care etc.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders.
• Presents new services and enhance existing relationships.
• Submits progress reports and ensures data is accurate.
• Coordinates APE transactions with the providers.
• Performs provider accreditation and orientation of AMAPHIL process.

Education

Graduate of any 4-years business related course.
