Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gather missing demographic and insurance information for onboarding.
• Screen Part B referrals to ensure required information is present.
• Outreach to patients as needed to complete referrals.
• Verify insurance information and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain relationships with patients and healthcare providers to foster ongoing care.
