Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Bids and Proposals Specialist (Morning Shift) in the Philippines, offering a hybrid work model. The role supports the pursuit process from capture to interview, ensuring bid compliance and delivering print, electronic, and oral proposals.

You will coordinate content for qualifications and proposals, provide leadership in document design, and may serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least four (4) years bid support experience, preferably within a professional services firm in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures related to proposal management of RFQ/P responses.
• Experienced in proposal and presentation writing and production.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of graphic design and ability to communicate content visually using brand guidelines.
• Skills in Adobe Creative, especially InDesign; Salesforce experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to client RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and ensure bid compliance and efficient scheduling.
• Manage print, electronic, and oral proposal deliverables.
• Provide market research and competitive intelligence to support proposal strategy.
• Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals, including templates and production.
• May serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections.
• Assist with go/no-go and color reviews and implement lessons learned.
