Job summary

Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation in Sampaloc, Manila seeks a dedicated Property Engineer to oversee maintenance, repair, and optimisation of building systems across our residential property. This full-time role focuses on safety, efficiency, and resident comfort.

You will manage preventive maintenance, supervise staff and contractors, ensure compliance with codes, and prepare maintenance reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural components, and safety systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment faults, implementing timely repairs and maintenance schedules
• Manage and coordinate maintenance work orders, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and work is completed efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and building system performance
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests from residents and coordinate emergency repairs as required
• Oversee and supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and recommendations for building management and ownership
• Monitor and manage building utilities, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction
• Maintain relationships with external contractors and service providers for specialised maintenance requirements
