Job Description
The Property Engineer is responsible for the hands‑on maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and life safety systems. This role ensures that the physical asset remains in peak condition while providing a safe and comfortable environment for tenants and visitors.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire suppression systems, and electrical panels.
- Address tenant work orders promptly, including plumbing leaks, lighting failures, and temperature adjustments.
- Supervise third‑party vendors during specialized repairs or major equipment overhauls to ensure work meets building standards.
- Monitor building automation systems (BAS) to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and ensure the property adheres to local building codes and OSH standards.
- Act as a key responder during power outages, ensuring all emergency equipment (generators, pumps) functions as intended.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in building operations or facilities management.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, CAD drawings, and operating BAS/BMS software.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a service‑oriented mindset for tenant interaction.
- Willing to work in Manila/Quezon City
