Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Engineer to join our team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation. As the Building Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and reliable operation of the condominium's building systems and infrastructure, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address any issues proactively
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to oversee the completion of repairs and renovations
• Respond to and resolve any building-related emergencies or resident concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all building operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure the condominium's compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Provide guidance and support to the building's maintenance team, and assist in their training and development

What we're looking for
