Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Exposure to commercial real estate or willingness to learn about retail, office and mixed-use developments.
• Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales or related fields is an advantage.
• Hybrid work setup based in Pasig, with flexibility for fieldwork and client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for sales reporting and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads for Ortigas Land’s residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property tours and present project features and benefits to clients.
• Guide clients through reservation and documentation processes.
