Role Description

Property Specialist role is a full-time, hybrid position that combines on-site work in Makati with some work-from-home flexibility. The Property Specialist will promote and sell residential and commercial properties, conduct client presentations, and provide property consultations tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and guiding clients through the end-to-end sales process. The role also involves maintaining updated knowledge of Megaworld projects, market trends, and financing options, as well as preparing basic sales documentation and reports. The Property Specialist will collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction, presentation abilities, and active listening.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing professional client support.
• Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Commercial Real Estate, including understanding of property features, market positioning, and investment considerations.
• Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Residential Real Estate, including familiarity with condominium and housing developments and buyer preferences.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and working toward defined sales targets.
