• Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties of Torre Lorenzo.
• Identify and develop potential clients through referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
• Assist clients throughout the property buying process—from inquiry to closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
• Conduct property presentations, site tours, and online consultations with prospective buyers.
• Participate in company-organized marketing campaigns, property events, and business activities.
• Negotiate terms and successfully close property sales.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support sales and business goals.
