Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Manila/Taguig. The Real Estate Broker will actively promote and sell residential properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the entire purchase process from initial inquiry to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing buyers and investors, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with internal teams on property availability, pricing, and documentation. The role also involves staying informed about market trends, ensuring accurate property information, and providing professional advice that aligns with the company’s brand and values.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Demonstrated skills in Brokerage, including negotiation, deal structuring, and contract coordination.
• Proven Sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Relevant real estate broker license or certification in the Philippines, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations, market trends, and property valuation is an advantage.
