Job summary

Megaworld Horizon is seeking a full-time Real Estate Broker for an on-site role in Manila/Taguig. The broker will actively promote and sell residential properties, conduct property viewings, and guide clients from inquiry to closing.

Day-to-day duties include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with buyers and investors, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with internal teams on availability, pricing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
• Demonstrated skills in Brokerage, including negotiation, deal structuring, and contract coordination.
• Proven Sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Relevant real estate broker license or certification in the Philippines, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with local real estate regulations, market trends, and property valuation is an advantage.
