Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking or Real Estate is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate or ROPA selling.
• Knowledge of compliance/regulatory requirements, AML/NFIS checks is a plus.
• Ability to prepare assessment reports, presentations and findings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and fieldwork capability across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank assets, monitor ROPA booked accounts and notices.
• Handle client queries, negotiate, and supervise property inspections and maintenance.
• Sell properties under ROPA to recover losses and generate income; market properties widely.
• Prepare term sheets, counter offers, and ensure KYC/AML/NFIS compliance.
• Process sale documents, commissions, and turnover of sold properties; work nationwide.

Job description

How you'll contribute

1. Ensures proper management of bank assets which includes: Monitoring of ROPA Booked accounts

Preparation of Notice and Statement of Redemption

Client queries handling and negotiation

Prevention from intrusion, encroachment,

Insurance coverage

Installation/Monitoring of security guard and caretakers

Monitoring and Conducting Regular inspection

Recommend/Monitor Repairs and maintenance

Monitor movement of property from ROPA Booking, redemption, consolidation and possession

Attend as bank's witness in filing of petition for writ of possession

2. Sale of properties under ROPA and bank assets to recover from losses or generate income which includes: Marketing of Properties for Sale (i.e. web platforms, network of brokers, branch network/employees, For Sale signage, social media, sales programs)

Ensure address of client queries

Preparation of counter offers or replies during negotiations

Preparation of term sheets for approval of the committee.

Ensures proper KYC documents for the sale of properties including AMLC and NFIS checking

Preparation of notice of approval and ensure turnover of sold properties with documentation

Monitors documentation of sale which includes signing of necessary documents in relation to the sale and release of complete documents to the buyer.

Process commission for the sale.

3. Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

• Able to prepare assessment reports, presentations and findings

• Flexible and willing to do fieldwork nationwide
• Can work with minimal or no supervision
