Qualifications

• Experience with Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Willing to work onsite on a UK-aligned shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle owner and guest enquiries.
• Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Vrbo listings.
• Prepare property performance and revenue reports.
• Support pricing updates and market comparisons.
• Maintain PMS, CRM, and internal trackers.
