Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in account management or client relationships.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or platform operations is preferred.
• Calm, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, hotel operators, and prospective partners.
• Pursue new business growth and expansion within the current partner portfolio.
• Identify partner needs to propose tailored platform solutions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for products and services.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing guidance on platform features.
• Drive portfolio performance to meet monthly revenue and KPI targets.
• Ensure high partner satisfaction through proactive management and issue resolution.
