Taft Properties in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple properties, ensuring adherence to policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. You will manage facilities, security, compliance, and financial controls while leading a team of Property Managers and engineers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, resident relations, and process improvements to elevate service delivery and community experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in property management, engineering, business administration, real estate management, or related field.
• At least 5 years in property management or real estate operations, with 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of property management operations, policies, and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across assigned properties, ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, building systems, equipment performance, security operations, and emergency preparedness.
• Ensure all permits, inspections, contracts, records, and compliance documents are maintained and updated.
• Support Property Managers in resolving escalated resident concerns and facilitating association meetings and community activities.
• Monitor billing, collections, budget utilization, and financial controls; coordinate with Accounting and PM teams.
• Supervise, coach, and support Property Managers, Building Engineers, and operations personnel.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and resident experience.
