Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of property management to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure units and common areas meet safety and quality standards.
• Address maintenance and repair issues promptly.
• Oversee maintenance and repair projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Generate regular reports on property performance including financial and technical reports.
