Job summary

King Properties in Cebu is seeking a dedicated Facilities/Property Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of assigned commercial and vertical properties, ensuring safety and quality across building systems and tenant spaces.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, inspections, budgeting, and reporting while coordinating with contractors and tenants to maintain strong relations. A 2–3 year background in property/facilities management and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in property or facilities management.
• Experience handling commercial buildings and vertical properties.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building operations, preventive maintenance, tenant relations and budgeting.
• Familiar with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities.
• Willing to conduct regular on-site inspections and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day property management operations of assigned commercial and vertical properties.
• Ensure proper maintenance of building systems, common areas, and tenant spaces in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular building inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Manage and respond to maintenance, repair, and tenant service requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure service quality and cost control.
• Prepare and submit regular operational, technical, and financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and internal teams to maintain positive tenant relations.
