Job summary

CBRE Philippines seeks a Facilities Manager for a BPO account in Mandaluyong with a multi-site portfolio. You will lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliable service delivery.

The role requires an engineering background with 3–5 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate, licensed or non-licensed, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proven people management experience, including supervising and managing workforce/manpower requirements.
• Experienced in preparing, analyzing, and presenting reports and business presentations.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills, including calculating percentages and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor staff training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule and manage daily activities; set work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and QA per regulations; suggest improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for parts, services, and labor.
