Job summary

King Properties in Cebu City is seeking a Property/Facilities Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of assigned commercial and vertical properties, ensuring safe, well-maintained facilities and positive tenant relations.

You will oversee maintenance programs, coordinate contractors, prepare reports, and support budget and cost control while working in a night shift schedule. Responsibilities include active leadership and coordination across teams to sustain service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in property or facilities management.
• Proven experience handling commercial buildings and vertical properties (e.g., office buildings, condominiums, mixed-use developments).
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in building operations, preventive maintenance, tenant relations, and budgeting.
• Familiar with building systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and operational priorities.
• Willing to conduct regular site inspections and on-site supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day property management operations of assigned commercial and vertical properties.
• Ensure proper maintenance of building systems, common areas, and tenant spaces in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular building inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Manage and respond to maintenance, repair, and tenant service requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, service providers, and suppliers to ensure service quality and cost control.
• Prepare and submit regular operational, technical, and financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and internal teams to maintain positive tenant relations.
