Job summary

MHI Investment Holdings Inc. is seeking a Property Manager in Cebu City to oversee facility operations, maintenance, and asset management. You will ensure tenant-ready spaces, coordinate with brokers and occupants, and drive safety and compliance across the site.

The role demands strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and budget oversight to optimize operational efficiency and occupancy readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; related field preferred.
• 5–10 years in facilities/property management or related field.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role; tenant coordination experience beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Experience with safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance (EHS, DOLE, DENR).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and space planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and asset management to ensure uptime and tenant readiness.
• Coordinate with contractors, landlords, and service providers; manage scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead safety, security, and compliance programs; perform incident reporting and emergency planning.
• Plan space utilization, occupancy-readiness, and fit-out activities; manage turnover processes.
• Monitor occupancy status, inquiries, site visits, and tenant requests; provide stakeholder updates.
• Prepare and manage facilities budget; identify cost-saving opportunities.
