Axeia Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Property Administrator to oversee day-to-day administrative, technical, operational, and financial management of our property in Batangas.

You will supervise on-site personnel, manage contractors, oversee maintenance and engineering, enforce Fire Code and OSH standards, plan emergency readiness, and prepare annual budgets. A related degree and proven property operations experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, safety regulations (Fire Code, OSH), and local compliance policies.
• Experience in vendor supervision, budgeting, and emergency response management.

Responsabilités

• Supervise on-site personnel and manage end-to-end contractor services (security, housekeeping, maintenance).
• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance for electro-mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Review renovation plans against local building codes and monitor on-site work.
• Develop emergency plans, coordinate safety drills, and handle incident management.
