Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain filing systems for property docs (hard copy and digital).
• Create property summaries for quick retrieval.
• Process land titling and property transfer documents.
• Coordinate with lawyers and attend court hearings as needed.
• Assess idle assets for revenue generation and development.
• Conduct annual site visits to properties.
• Manage rental lifecycle: advertising, screening, leases, payments.
• Ensure tax declarations and real property tax payments are up to date.
• Coordinate with Legal Counsel and prepare legal documents.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations and safety.
