Job summary

Offsure Global Outsourcing INC. is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee day-to-day coordination of property photography and media projects. You will handle bookings, photographer scheduling, client communication, quality checks, file delivery, and invoicing prep.

The role requires strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills and involves close work with the Australian team, photographers, editors, and real estate clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating with Australian clients and accents.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good visual awareness and ability to identify inconsistencies in images or floorplans.
• Strong file management and naming convention skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Reliable internet and power, with a suitable backup arrangement.
• Available to work 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage booking requests, job records, schedules, and photographer allocations.
• Prepare daily run sheets and coordinate property access details.
• Manage reschedules, cancellations, weather changes, and photographer availability.
• Communicate with Australian real estate clients via email and phone.
• Monitor completed work and identify obvious errors or inconsistencies.
• Coordinate revisions with retouchers and floorplan specialists.
• Organise and upload completed files to Google Drive and client portals.
• Deliver completed work to clients and prepare completed jobs for invoicing.
• Maintain accurate files, archives, and equipment records.
• Communicate daily with the Australian team via Slack and flag issues early.
• Prepare basic weekly reports on completed jobs and delivery performance.
