Job summary

ESC Corporation is seeking a proactive Property Development, Design & Marketing Coordinator to support Australian property development and mortgage broking activities in Ortigas, Manila. The role combines project administration, development coordination, consultant management, and marketing support.

You will assist with progress tracking, prepare reports, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors while supporting social media and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Property, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
• Experience supporting property development, construction or design projects.
• Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar software.
• Project administration and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Design & Documentation Support: prepare and review plans; coordinate revisions; support presentation materials; assist basic CAD/rendering tasks.
• Handle Property Development Administration: track projects through planning to construction; manage DA/CC docs; liaise with councils and consultants; maintain registers and trackers.
• Coordinate Consultant & Contract Coordination: liaise with architects/engineers; monitor external deliverables; assist with quotations; coordinate meetings.
• Provide General Administration: organize project files; prepare correspondence and reports; support development projects.
• Support Marketing & Content: create/update project marketing materials; assist with social media; update website content; prepare brochures and summaries.

Property Development and Design Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Property Development, Design & Marketing Coordinator to support our client’s Australian property development and mortgage broking business. This role combines project administration, development coordination, consultant management and marketing support. You will assist with the progression of development projects while also supporting design coordination, presentation materials, marketing collateral and social media activities. The successful candidate will be highly organised, capable of managing a number of projects simultaneously, and comfortable working with consultants, contractors, councils and design professionals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Design & Documentation Support

• Assist with preparation and review of plans and drawings.
• Coordinate revisions between consultants and project stakeholders.
• Support production of presentation materials.
• Assist with basic CAD, SketchUp or rendering activities where required.

Property Development Administration

• Track development projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate documentation relating to DA, CC and other approval processes.
• Follow up councils, certifiers, consultants and contractors.
• Maintain project registers, action items and milestones trackers.
• Prepare project reports and status updates.

Consultant & Contract Coordination

• Liase with architects, engineers, surveyors and other consultants.
• Monitor progress of external deliverables.
• Assist with obtaining quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions.

Administration

• Maintain organised project files and document management systems.
• Prepare correspondence and reports.
• Support general administrative requirements across development projects.

Marketing & Content Support

• Create and update project marketing materials.
• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
• Coordinate website and promotional content updates.
• Prepare brochures, presentations and project summaries.
• Assist with content editing and visual presentation of development projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualifications in Property, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
• Experience supporting property development, construction or design projects.
• Experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar software.
• Project administration and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.

Desirable

• Experience working with Australian property development projects.
• Familiarity with DA, CC and development approval processes.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools.
• Social media and digital marketing experience.
• Basic 3D rendering or design coordination capability.
